Nebraska Hall of Fame Nomination Form (126k pdf)
If you desire to fill out the Hall of Fame nomination form from your computer, the following directions should be helpful.
- From the website, save the nomination to your computer.
- Once you have saved the nomination form to your computer, then open the file you have saved.
- Click on the "Typewriter" icon found at the top of the nomination form. The "Typewriter" will allow you to type information onto the nomination form.
- Once you have clicked on the "Typewriter" icon then go to any line on the form begin filling in the nomination form. (Note: You may need to click on the "Typewriter" icon each time you move to a new line or section of the nomination form).
