Paxson Hall offers a stylish, sophisticated atmosphere for events of all types including meetings, seminars, workshops, art exhibits, weddings, parties, and receptions. Rental spaces are airy and new with many large windows overlooking the beautiful Ford Birthsite and Gardens and Hanscom Park.

Available for rental are the 2,400 square foot Paxson Hall, kitchen, preparation room, and an outdoor courtyard. The Ford Center can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 165 guests.

A choice of prescreened and preapproved caterers is available, including the finest caterers in the Omaha area. Alcoholic beverages are permitted and can be arranged through the selected caterer. A total of 150 adjustable, and very comfortable, stacking chairs are provided with each rental.

Paxson Hall is a smoke-free environment, but guests may smoke in the covered outdoor patio area near the garden. All spaces are easily accessible by the handicapped.

Rental Rates

Rates are based on the day of the week and the hours of the event. Time is allowed prior to each event for setup and deliveries. Guests are asked to vacate the hall by midnight. A security guard is always on duty during the time of your function. Parking is on the street.

A deposit for use of the facility equal to the anticipated use fee is required prior to use.
