The Scanlan Building is a two-story brick building constructed ca. 1889. It is a contributing property in the Plattsmouth Main Street Historic District. The rehabilitation, completed in 1988, converted the building to office space.
Fitzgerald Block [CC14-120]

The Fitzgerald Block is a contributing property in the Plattsmouth Main Street Historic District. The three-story building was constructed in 1870. Originally the building had mixed uses of housing, retail, and office space. Following the rehabilitation, completed in 1995, the Fitzgerald Block maintained these same mixed uses.

The Gibson House, located in Weeping Water, was constructed in ca. 1885. The brick structure is designed in the Italianate style. Originally built as a single-family dwelling, it has also served as apartments and a medical clinic. Following the rehabilitation in 1986, the house was converted to rental residential space.
