Phelps Hotel [DU01-002]
Constructed in 1885, the Phelps Hotel is located in Big Springs. It is typical of many similar hotels built during western Nebraska's pioneer period. However, few of these early structures remain. Following the rehabilitation, completed in 1998, the former hotel and café was converted to a Bed and Breakfast.
