Grand Island Carnegie Library [HL06-002]
The Grand Island Carnegie Library was constructed in 1905. The two-story building is designed in the Neo-Classical Revival style. Following the rehabilitation, completed in 1991, the former library was converted to office space.
Lee Huff Apartment Complex [HL06-014]

Located in Grand Island, the Lee Huff Apartment Complex is an excellent local example of a multiple dwelling complex that incorporates both an apartment building and two flats. The complex was built over a period of eight years from 1920 to 1928. Completed in 1996, the rehabilitation maintained the complex's historic use.
Yancey Hotel [HL06-014]

Located in Grand Island the Yancey Hotel was constructed between 1917 and 1923. The eleven-story building, which also contained commercial space, served as the center of social and political activity for the community. The rehabilitation, completed in 1987, converted the former hotel to apartments, while retaining some commercial space.
Gloe Brothers Service Station [HL08-066]
Located in Wood River, the Gloe Brothers Service Station was constructed in 1933. The service station was an important type of commercial development associated with the increasing reliance on automobile travel and the corresponding highway improvement. The rehabilitation, completed in 2001, converted the former service station into a bank.
