Phillips Block [PT01-099]

Constructed in 1917, the Phillips Block is a contributing property in the Columbus Commercial Historic District. The two-story brick building was originally constructed to house both commercial and rental residential space. The rehabilitation, completed in 2000, retained both of these historic uses.
