Constructed in 1925 the McCook Y.M.C.A. was designed in the Mission Revival style by Denver architect William N. Bowman. At the east end, the building is a two-story structure with a full basement, while the building's west end is one story with a full basement. The rehabilitation, completed in 2002, converted the former Y.M.C.A. into apartments.
