This collection contains miscellaneous materials about the Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company of Lincoln, Nebraska. Included are a list of subscribers for first-mortgage bonds (1903); a 1911 agreement between Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company and Nebraska Telephone Company (the former was purchasing the latter); quarterly and annual reports (1931-1940 and 1964-1969); and blueprints of the Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company's Automatic Building (1927, 1929). The collection also includes a brochure regarding Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company's 50th Anniversary (1954); and a 1913 "Findings and order of the Nebraska State Railway Commission" on application no. 1637 by Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company which asked for the authority to consolidate its exchanges.
