The collection consists of architectural specifications for a building to be built in Fairbury, Nebraska. The first floor was owned by Mrs. S.T. Moulton and the second floor was owned by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Lodge No. 54, Fairbury, Nebraska. The building was built ca. 1893-1895.
