This collection consists of papers documenting Russell F. Richmond's career as a materials engineer with the Nebraska Department of Roads, as well as his service as a member and Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter, Royal Arch Masons of Nebraska. The bulk of the collection dates from the 1940s to the 1970s. The collection is currently unprocessed. This cover sheet is the only finding aid available for the collection at this time.
